DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Lead Residential carpentry projects.
- Execute jobs from start to finish.
- Manage & delegate on the jobs.
- Company support for materials, questions, and labor.
- Lead by Example
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of five years residential remodeling
- Interior framing
- Interior and exterior trim work
- Understanding of blueprints & ability to do takeoffs
- Exterior deck builds are a plus
- Must have your own full set of tools to use on the job
- Must have your own reliable transportation to get to and from multiple jobs a day
- Valid driver’s license
COMPENSATION:
- Competitive compensation at $22-$30/hour (8 hour shifts)

- Car that you can use to go to multiple jobs in a day (Required)
