Tim Hayes has been a valued member of the Jacknow Construction team since 2025, serving as both a laborer and driver. He joins our team with a background working for various construction and drywall companies. Tim has developed a strong foundation in residential construction through his hands-on experience and dedication to quality craftsmanship which make him a reliable part of every project he’s involved in. What Tim enjoys most about remodeling is seeing the transformation from start to finish. He enjoys watching a project come together and knowing he played a role in bringing a vision to life. Outside of work, Tim is a passionate outdoorsman and a die-hard fisherman. He has spent significant time in Alaska, where he fished for halibut and salmon. These are just some of the experiences that reflect his love for nature and adventure.
