We had a great experience with Matt and the Jacknow team. Matt rebuilt our kitchen and delivered beyond our expectations, focusing not just on the finished product, which was excellent, but on a seamless process from front to back. He did everything he said he would do and more. When the inevitable issues arose, he presented smart solutions quickly that were fair, workable and affordable. Most important to us, beyond the results of the work, Matt was considerate and understanding as we renovated during the third trimester of a pregnancy and honest about all elements of the project as we moved through it.
